1)After sending back the package from your address to our warehouse, pls inform us of your tracking number. When receiving and checking the package, we will arrange a refund asap. It may take some days because it depends on the logistics and bank.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the items are intact and unused, our warehouse colleagues will arrange the refund asap.



For visa or master payment, the refund will get to your account in 5 working days. For Paypal, the refund will get to you in 1-2 working days. The refund time depends on your payment account.
